Customer Service / Training

Industrial Tool, Inc. (ITI) prides itself in service, support, and training. Our technicians have extensive training and experience in mechanical and electrical/controls. 

Our systems are built with our customers in mind to be able to service and maintain the equipment. Should our services be needed, call for parts, service, support or training. ITI provides service for the life of any fixture or machine we have sold. We perform training on our site or at your facility.

It is our belief that customer satisfaction results in follow-on business; therefore, it is our objective to earn customer satisfaction on all we do.

 

Customer Service Policy

  • Always treat customers with courtesy and in a professional manner, whether over the phone or in-person
  • “Machine down” situations always take precedence over other service problems
  • Be responsive to a phone call and provide a timely response
  • Typically we can support knowledgeable technicians at your facility without an on-site visit.  We do provide on-site support, if necessary and desired
  • While at the customer site, our technicians will be productive and courteous
  • ITI technicians will make recommendations to the customer on anything they find or observe to enhance the machine performance or reliability
